If you're high strength, high Dex and high intelligence, the weapon that comes to mind is the Moonlight Greatsword which is a greatsword therefore slow. Lightning infusion on the Warped Sword seems to be the best if you use Ring of Blades +2, Flynn's Ring, Lightning Clutch Ring and of course Sacred Oath and Sunlight Blade (with 36 faith).
