The exam ended after 75 questions. Usually you wait until you get your confirmation of testing, and then do the PVT. I got my confirmation 30 mins after i finished testing! thanks, got the good pop up!

If you are using good test taking strategies you should still be able to answer most questions without understanding 100% of the information. So did several of my classmates ranging from the 75 questions to the 265.I took the NCLEX with the new COVID rules: 60 questions min, 130 max. After 60 questions, the test kept going.
