Plex remote access not working.
I succeed playing Plex through web app through ngrok, but real remote access is not possible. There are few people who made their own reverse proxy via a VPS server, but that requires both $$$ and technical knowledge far beyond my level. My ISP has CGNAT and didn't offer static IP.

That IP is specific to your modem, and you are then able to port forward for Plex. Metronet doesn’t hand out IP’s to modems, so instead, multiple residential’s will share an IP, but their individual traffic will be NAT’ed.
